From the first nail driven to today’s towering achievements, Carpenters Local 322 has been at the heart of Minnesota’s growth for over a century. Our union’s history is a story of skilled craftsmanship, solidarity, and the unshakable belief that workers deserve fair wages, safe job sites, and a voice on the job. What began as a few dedicated tradespeople coming together has grown into a powerful force for working families—training the next generation, raising industry standards, and shaping the skylines of our communities. This is where we come from, and we’re just getting started.
