Officers & Delegates

Carpenters Local 322

Elected 322 Officers

Officers and delegates are nominated and elected by the membership to serve for 3-year terms. The following officers will serve their respective terms until the next election in June 2028, excluding the Recording Secretary.

Amanda Phillips
Carpenters Training Institute

President
Presides over all meetings, preserves order and enforces the Constitution and Laws of the UBC in addition to overseeing day to day operation of the Local.

Ryan Boudreau
University of MN

Vice President
Assists the President in the discharge of their official duties and performs duties of the President in their absence, such as chairing the meeting if needed.

Carla Marsland

Recording Secretary
Keeps minutes of each meeting, prepares official communications, reads and preserves all documents and correspondence, signs official documents.

Mark Stephens
University of MN

Financial Secretary
Oversees office operations, establishes and maintains the budget, reports to the membership on membership and arrears, tracks all expenditures.

Steve Stender
Hennepin County

Treasurer
Responsible for reporting on financials at monthly union meetings, reviews and deposits income weekly into Credit Union and signs all checks with the President.

Corey Larson
Construction Results

Conductor
Signs in new members for initiation and provides President a list of all new initiations. Conducts new members through the Obligation ceremony at the meetings.

Dan Koukal
Aptim Services

Warden
Takes charge of the door only allowing members to enter and attend meetings. The Warden and Conductor also sign in members at the door when attending meetings.

Carpenters Training Institute

Trustee
Reviews financials, responsible for the overall financial stability of the local. Ensures all receipts are accounted for and all of the expenditures abide by local policies.

Carpenters Local 322

Elected 322 Delegates

Delegates are elected to represent the local and its membership at the Regional Council delegate meetings and provide delegate reports at the local meetings. The following members will serve as Local 322 delegates until the next election in June of 2029.
