Skilled

Local 322 is proud to have one of the most productive and skilled workforces in construction. Members have access to skill enhancement classes to stay relevant and remain current with an ever-changing industry.

UBC members have what they need to work safely, and our contractors are our best partners with this priority. We know that completing the job on-time is important, but ensuring the safety of the individuals involved is a priority to each contractor.

Our History

What began as a few dedicated tradespeople coming together has grown into a powerful force for working families—training the next generation, raising industry standards, and shaping the skylines of our communities.

2011

Merge

Locals 87, 851 and 1644 are dissolved and merged into newly chartered Local 322

2009

Charter

Local 68 is chartered by the UBC

2007

Regional Council

North Central States Regional Council of Carpenters was formed when the UBC merged Lakes and Plains Regional Council with Northern Wisconsin Regional Council
